Coming soon to a High School cooking class near you! Well, near me, anyway! Come with your child for a morning or afternoon of baking - you will take home a full recipe of cookies or brownies (or whatever the class makes that day), without messing up your kitchen! There will be four beginner classes, that will cover all the basics, plus most of the reasons that you may have had trouble in the past. In September 2010, you can join the first classes in baking, by Tannis Hewitt of Smart Cookie Baking. There will be a link to the City of Winnipeg Leisure Guide posted on this page, and you can sign up for the classes.
